Current Phase: Establishing Timeline and Budget

In collaboration with the community and Town Council, we've created a video showing what Gilbert Regional Park could look like in the future. This concept plan will guide more detailed planning and communicate essential amenities throughout the design and construction phases. Timelines and budgets are being discussed for phase 2 and 3 of Gilbert Regional Park. View our current master plan.

In the Works

  • Cactus Surf Park - Gilbert’s very first water park will be 25 acres in size, Cactus Surf Park will feature a cable wake park, surf lagoon, sandy beach, restaurants and more.
  • Ocotillo Bridge - Gilbert is building a new bridge across the Queen Creek Wash and East Maricopa Flood way to connect the east and west portions of Ocotillo Road. This will give visitors and public safety direct access to Gilbert Regional Park.
