Discover Gilbert is the consumer facing brand for tourism marketing and promotion in Gilbert, Arizona and managed inside the Gilbert Office of Economic Development (OED). Discover Gilbert promotes the community's destination offerings and quality of life attributes to both visitors and residents through consumer-direct marketing and advertising, visitor industry tradeshows and conferences, and targeting and attracting youth and amateur sports activity into the region. The Office of Economic Development completed a Tourism Strategic Plan (2022) focused on resident and business input. The plan, which includes short-term tactics with a long-range outlook, identified three sets of pillars for travel and tourism in Gilbert.
