The Redevelopment Commission advises the Town Council on matters related to the redevelopment area in downtown Gilbert. Members consider new proposals for development, monitor current projects and implement the Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Commission has specific powers and guidelines permitted by the State of Arizona, pursuant to Title 36, Chapter 12, Article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes. Professionals in architectural and landscape design, planning, finance, and related fields are sought to serve on this Board. Members must reside within the Town limits.

This commission meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Location: Town of Gilbert Municipal Building I - Council Chambers, 50 East Civic Center Drive

Agendas and notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to a meeting or event. Agendas are removed from the website after the meeting.

Draft minutes are posted to the website within three working days of a meeting. The draft minutes contain all legal action taken.

The Town of Gilbert endeavors to make all public meetings accessible to persons with disabilities.
