Service of legal documents, including Subpoenas for Records and liability claims, against the Town can be delivered in-person to Muni I located at 50 E Civic Center Drive. 

In accordance with the Arizona Public Records Law A.R.S. § 39-121, the Town of Gilbert makes public records available upon request.  Records are considered public records, unless protected by law, and may be viewed and/or reproduced as permitted by law. There is no charge to view most records.

Public records are maintained in various locations and some records may contain private or sensitive information that requires additional review and possible redaction. Additional time may be needed to process requests involving these types of records. The time it takes to respond to requests will also depend on the complexity of the request, volume of responsive documents, and other factors.
