Martin Luther King Jr. Day - Offices Closed

Municipal Offices Closed

  • Date: 01/16/2023  (all day)

In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Civil Rights Day), all Gilbert municipal offices will be closed Monday, January 16. Trash and recycling collection services will continue as scheduled. Holidays never affect your weekly pickup days.

Gilbert is honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. by lighting of its iconic water tower purple during the evening of January 16 and participating in the Mesa-East Valley Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade.
