The Town of Gilbert is investing in technology, systems and staff to support the operations and management of Gilbert’s Transportation network. Gilbert’s Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Plan maps out a phased approach to improving traffic management, traveler information, incident management and inter-agency communications, and inter-departmental coordination to be more effective locally and regionally. TSMO focuses on the people, processes, and technology involved in the implementation, management, and maintenance of Gilbert’s transportation network today and into the future.

Improve safety and mobility for all modes of transportation by integrating planning, design, operations and maintenance activities that support the Town in striving to be a Town of the Future.

Work together as a Town to provide Gilbert residents and visitors with a proactive, responsive, and comprehensive transportation network that promotes quality of life and supports economic growth.
