Why work with us?
Not to Brag
We have some of the best talent in the industry working here. These team members are well-skilled and work hard to ensure a high level of service is provided when delivering trash and recycling services to residents and businesses.
We are community connected and loved by many customers both tall and small. We take time to attend events and let little fans climb in the truck for a photo. Many of these fans are mesmerized by the large truck and get so excited when our operators buzz into their neighborhood each week to collect trash and recycle. We are never too busy to wave and smile at these little guys while out collecting on route. In fact, this is one of the highlights of the day!
Our operators are often invited to birthday parties and family events by these little fans’ parents. They also receive countless drawings and cards from the small customers they service. And around the holidays, they rake in lots of cookies, other baked goods, or cards from many Gilbert residents.
