About Nichols Park

Nichols Park at Water Ranch is a 32 acre park in Gilbert, AZ. It is located on the North side of Tremaine Rd, just West of Higley Rd. The park entrance is located on the West side of Higley Rd, just South of Guadalupe Rd.

This park features 6 acres of multi-use open space for various activities. During the Winter, the park is the home grounds for the Arizona Cricket Club. It is considered to be the best Cricket grounds in the state of
Arizona and one of the best in the entire United States.

The park contains one lit ramada with a table, drinking fountain, and electric outlets. Additionally, a multi-use trail lines the eastern and souther border of the park. The trail that lines the southern border is part of the Western Powerline Trail and connects to the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch trail system to the west.
