• Reservations are non-refundable.
• In the event of inclement weather or light failure, a credit can be issued to the household. Call 480-503-6200 within 24 hours following the reservation to receive the credit.
• Lights will be scheduled utilizing an automated system and will turn on and off at the scheduled start and end time of the reservation.
• In case of inclement weather or poor field conditions, Town staff will make the final decision if the field may be used

• A $25.00 administration fee is applied beginning with the third change on a reservation.
• All changes to weekday reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• All changes to weekend reservations need to be made by 6:00 PM the Thursday prior to the reservation.
• Additional fees, surcharges (and/or special circumstance deposits) may be assessed to individuals or groups requiring special accommodation resulting in out-of pocket costs to the department or Gilbert.
• Reservations by Gilbert Sports coalition groups are subject to the Gilbert Sports Coalition Policies.

• Bases can be are included when renting a field, please request when calling.
• Throw down bases are allowed on the following fields: All dirt infields, McQueen #1-#4, Freestone #1-#4 and Crossroads #4. Fields are rented “as-is” unless a field prep is requested.
