Private pool and Ramada rentals are available at Mesquite Aquatic Center from May 24 - July 19 for the 2025 summer season.
Reservation requests will open April 29, 2025 and must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance. A minimum of two hours is required for all rentals.

Pool rentals are available:
- Friday nights, beginning at 6:30 PM and ending no later than 9:00 PM
- Saturday afternoons, beginning at 4:30 PM and ending no later than 9:00 PM
And 2 weeks in August (7/28-8/9) at the following times:
- Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM-8:30 PM
- Saturday, beginning at 9:00 AM and ending no later than 9:00 PM
Rental fees include:
- $51 Booking Fee + Lifeguard Fees (price based on expected attendance)

Ramada rentals are available during public swim hours:
- Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM *hours vary based on swim meet schedule
- Saturdays, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM
Rental fees include:
- $30.60/hour + Daily Entry Fee per attendee (charged at the pool on event day)
- Daily Entry Fee rates are:
- Child (17/under): $1
- Adult (18/older): $3
Permits requiring insurance must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Gilbert as additional insured at least 7 days prior to the event date. Insurance not received by the deadline will result in cancellation due to non-compliance with the reservation policy.
