2024 Rate Increase for Water and Solid Waste & Recycling Service

Increased utility rates for water and solid waste & recycling services go into effect with the April 2024 billing cycle.

The Gilbert Town Council voted unanimously to approve the utility rate increases for all Gilbert residents and business owners at the council meeting on February 6, 2024.

Sewer Rate Reminder
The sewer rate for residential properties is a fixed fee. It is no longer required to report leaks or extra water usage due to filling a pool to adjust your sewer rate.

Gilbert Public Works Employee UniformsHave an appointment with a Gilbert Utility employee?

It is extremely rare for a Gilbert Utility employee to show up at a customer’s home without an appointment. However, if someone comes to your door claiming to be with the Town of Gilbert and you are not expecting them, please ask for identification and/or contact Gilbert’s customer service at (480) 503-6800. If you suspect a person is posing as a Town of Gilbert employee, please contact 911.
