Town of Gilbert Guiding Documents

GENERAL PLAN: A guideline to the Town's future development goals and provides policy statements to achieve those development goals. 

LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE: Regulations for the development and use of property including zoning, subdivisions, and other related land activities.

REDEVELOPMENT PLAN: A plan for the acquisition, clearance, reconstruction, rehabilitation or future use of a redevelopment area.

DESIGN GUIDELINES: A set of recommendations on how to apply design principles in an area to ensure that rehabilitation and new construction respect the character of the designated district.

On August 16, 2018 the Gilbert Town Council adopted the 2018 Redevelopment Plan.
