New Traffic Interchange Opens Friday at Lindsay Road and 202 Santan Freeway
Crews will begin removing traffic barricades Thursday night with the new on-ramps and off-ramps at Lindsay Road scheduled to open in time for the Friday morning commute.

US Bureau of Reclamation Declares a Colorado Tier 2A Shortage to Begin January 1, 2023
The United States Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) has declared a Colorado River Tier 2A Shortage to begin January 1, 2023. Gilbert is prepared for these reductions and a Tier 2A shortage does not impact Gilbert’s ability to meet the needs of our community and deliver water to homes and businesses.

The Lindsay Road Interchange construction project along Loop 202 will require a full closure of eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) between Gilbert Road and Val Vista Drive in the Gilbert/Chandler area from 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22.
