The Deferred Compensation Board will review the deferred compensation (457(b) and 401(a) plans, at least annually. The Deferred Compensation Board will meet quarterly to oversee the plan offerings and Nationwide’s performance. Innovest will remain as consultant, funded by participant plan fees. The board members will serve three-year terms, and will represent the plan participants, to include a representative from sworn Police, sworn Fire, civilian staff, Town Finance Management, and a Town Retiree who is a plan participate. The Benefits Team will act as liaison and administrative support to the Board. The board members will be provided the training given to members of Town Boards and Commission and will be listed as fiduciaries on Gilbert’s fiduciary insurance policy.

Ideal Candidate Statement

The ideal candidate may have experience in the medical industry, finance, insurance and/or human resources with strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
