Our mission: Gilbert Parks and Recreation is committed to providing superior parks, recreation and cultural programs, which exceed customer expectations, enhance the quality of life, and promote lifelong leisure and educational pursuits. The department is proud to be be CAPRA accredited and several facilities and parks have earned the Certified Autism Center designation from the IBCCES. All services are provided by a dedicated team focused on fairness, trust, inclusion and innovation with a commitment to excellence.

 

 

Calendar

Pumpkin Dunk

Pumpkin Dunk will be a fun, in-water pumpkin patch where swimmers will get to jump in and grab a pumpkin to decorate.

Registration is $5 and includes:

  • pool access
  • a pumpkin
  • decorating supplies

This event is designed for kids 5 years and older and a parent or guardian must also be registered. Only registered participants will have access to the pool. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
