The department is proud to be be CAPRA accredited and several facilities and parks have earned the Certified Autism Center designation from the IBCCES. Labor Day

Municipal Offices Closed

  • Date: 09/04/2023  (all day)

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, the Town of Gilbert offices will be closed Monday, September 4th.

Trash and recycling services will continue as scheduled despite the holiday. Find your schedule: gilbertaz.gov/trash

August 31, 2023: Trash Service Delayed for Residents in Zone D

Due to unexpected equipment issues, Gilbert is experiencing delays in providing service to residents in Zone D who typically receive service on Thursdays.

We have rescheduled service for residents who did not receive service on Thursday, August 31st. Your pickup will now take place on Friday, September 1st, 2023.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while our crews work through these delays.
