Project Description

Gilbert is currently designing improvements to Melody Drive and Pioneer Street to meet Gilbert’s standard for these roadways, which includes one travel lane in each direction, curb, gutter, sidewalk, streetlights and necessary drainage improvements and utility relocations. In addition, this project will install waterline in Melody and Pioneer, and also complete the remaining roadway segment of Melody Drive to fully connect Melody from McQueen Rd to Hobson St.
