The Town of Gilbert will host a public meeting for Gilbert's 2024-2025 fifth year CDBG Annual Action Plan.  The public meeting is available to allow public comment on meeting the needs and priorities of the community.   The FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan (AAP) is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and HOME Investment Partnership Funds.  Anticipated resources, eligible range of activities, and needs will be outlined to be included in the annual action plan (AAP).  Focus areas will be on housing, community development and other programs designed to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income Gilbert Residents.
