Domestic Violence Awareness Night

Join us for Gilbert's Inaugural Domestic Violence Awareness (DVAM) Night, an event aimed at raising awareness about the societal impacts of domestic violence.

This in-person event will be held Thursday, October 26 at the Gilbert Police Department located at 75 E Civic Center Drive from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and will include speakers, a ribbon tying ceremony in honor of domestic violence victims and survivors, as well as resources and educational materials from local organizations. Food trucks will also be on-site for anyone interested in purchasing food prior to or after the event.

The theme for this year's DVAM is #Every1KnowsSome1. DVAM serves as a reminder that Gilbert stands united against all forms of abuse and that we are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Visit gilbertaz.gov/DVAM for more DVAM information and resources.
