The Gilbert Water Tower will be lit orange Monday, November 7th and Tuesday, November 8th for Color the World Orange, an annual event held the first Monday of November to spread awareness of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD).
