Emergency and Minor Home Repair 
  • Does your air conditioning need repair?
  • Is your roof leaking?
  • Do you need a wheelchair ramp?

You may qualify for a grant to assist in emergency home repairs or minor home repairs!

To be eligible:

  • Must be a Gilbert homeowner and live in your home as a primary residence
  • Must meet income eligibility - check your income
  • Must have a repair that is a health or safety hazard or accessibility barriers
